It is assumed to be the site of the ancient city of Sing Buri. The temple's distinctive feature is its prang, a brick and mortar structure approximately 8 wa high. Later, it was renovated in early Ayutthaya architectural style. The prang features a Garuda-like demon holding a club, adorned above a tiered alms bowl. The laterite base is constructed of bricks with recessed corners, and the prang's petals are made of bricks. The Fine Arts Department registered this site as an ancient site on March 8, 1935. To the east is the royal vihara, and to the west is the ordination hall. Numerous chedis are also located around it, perfect for tourists seeking ancient sites.
The Fine Arts Department registered this site as an ancient site on March 8, 1935. In 1999–2000, the government approved a budget for excavation and restoration of Wat Na Phra That. Numerous circular chedis, resembling late Ayutthaya art, are also located within the temple. Several other pavilions, halls, brick kilns, and a bun mixing hall are also located within.
