She was one of the most laid back and gentle elephants you could ever meet. Pheung Wan enjoyed 9 very happy years with us at the Foundation and brought a smile to the faces of everyone lucky enough to meet her. One of her favourite things was to have her tongue rubbed and she also loved spending time at the scratching tree. However, whilst she loved eating bananas, she didn’t like tomatoes and would always spit them out. She also enjoyed her special face and hip massages.
