Wat Phra Thaen Sila At is located on top of Khao Tao, not far from Wat Phra Borommathat Thung Yang. Wat Phra Thaen Sila At is home to the Phra Thaen Sila At, a significant religious object in Uttaradit Province. This rectangular laterite structure measures 8 feet wide, 10 feet long, and 3 feet high. The base of the platform is decorated with beautiful lotus petal designs. It is believed that paying homage to the Phra Thaen Sila At will bring blessings.
Wat Phra Thaen Sila At is one of the most important royal temples in Uttaradit Province. Located in Thung Yang Subdistrict, Laplae District, it is adjacent to Wat Phra Yuen Phutthabat Yukhon on the same hill. It has long been a place of reverence and devotion among the people of Uttaradit.
