Chaiyaphum Province is the fourth-largest freshwater lake in the country. Formerly a fishing ground for locals, it has since been developed into a community tourism destination.
Sunset and sunrise viewing spots offer a glimpse into the livelihoods of freshwater fishermen, and the ultimate highlight is boat trips to the red lotus fields.

Location: Covering several subdistricts in Chatturat District, Chaiyaphum Province. The red lotus fields are most popular among tourists visiting Ban Makluea, Ban Kok Subdistrict, and Ban Don La Nam, Lahan Subdistrict.

• Service Fee: There is usually a service fee for boat trips. The price is per boat (chartered) or per person, depending on the service location.
