Phu Faek Forest Park is a place for recreation and tourism for the people of Kalasin. It is also a point of geological importance. It is the point where the largest and clearest dinosaur footprints in the country were found. There are a total of 21 footprints, 7 of which are clearly visible.
How to get to Phu Faek Forest Park
You can travel from Mueang Kalasin District by taking the Kalasin-Sakon Nakhon road for about 42 kilometers. When you reach the Samdet District intersection, turn right. Then, when you reach the Huai Phueng District intersection, turn left towards Na Khu District. You will see the intersection to Phu Faek Forest Park. Then, turn left and go for about 4 kilometers.
