The origin of the name of this island is that it is home to a large number of flying foxes. This island has a soft, white sandy beach that is very inviting to walk on. You can snorkel around the island to see corals, both in shallow and deep water. It is considered one of the most fertile islands and the most beautiful island in the Kam Islands of Ranong.
Ko Khang Khao is located in Kampuan Subdistrict, Suk Samran District, Ranong Province. It is an island that can be reached by long-tail boat. It has a white sandy beach and shallow coral reefs that are suitable for snorkeling.
