Chan Charoen Sichuan Mala Hot Pot | Bangkok

Chan Charoen Sichuan Mala Hot Pot, a newly opened Mala landmark, is considered one of the top Mala conveyor belt restaurants. Its signature dish is the rich, satisfying Mala soup and the rare pickled cabbage fish soup. The ingredients are fresh, and the fried ingredients are all there, high quality and value for money. A true Mala master, you'll be back for more.
Although the Mala conveyor belt craze has waned this year, this restaurant bucks the trend and continues to be a constant stream of customers. It's also opened a new branch near the Bearing BTS station. The four-unit shophouse is a large restaurant with plenty of seating, both bar-style and group tables. Another favorite is the constant addition of new ingredients. Over 80 dishes are served on the conveyor belt, priced according to the color of the sticks and trays. The best are the shrimp balls, large mantis shrimp, lava salted egg buns, and fried sticky rice.
This restaurant is famous for its soups, which are sure to impress. They're rich and flavorful, with 10 soups to choose from. The top picks are the tongue-numbing Mala/pork bone/pickled cabbage fish/tomato. Choose from a single soup pot or a double soup pot. The DIY dipping sauce zone also features the restaurant's signature dipping sauce, perfect for sweet, savory, and salty dishes. This is another conveyor belt mala hot pot restaurant that we can confidently guarantee. It's no wonder so many people line up. We consider it our favorite, both for its excellent service and deliciousness.
