HANJI Authentic Taiwanese Hotpot, an authentic Taiwanese hotpot restaurant in the heart of Thonglor Soi 23. We developed our soup recipe with our team in Taiwan and are confident in the quality and taste of every soup at our restaurant.
The star of our restaurant is the Mongolian Herbal soup, which uses 8 types of herbs, wolfberries, Chinese dates, and more to enhance the flavor of the soup, making it well-rounded and healthy.
Eating it with the restaurant’s secret fruit sauce is especially delicious.
Sesame & Beer soup, which pours fresh beer into the golden soup. When heated, the alcohol evaporates, leaving only the aroma of fine malt along with a hint of sesame oil and ginger in the soup while eating it with the meat. The smell lingers in your nose and you’ll love it! Mala soup is a delicious soup that is not too oily or spicy, and you can sip it continuously. It goes even better when eaten with soft chicken blood. Our Classic soup is perfect for those who don’t want to eat soup that is too spicy. Our flavors are seasoned to be just the right amount of well-rounded, ready to eat on days when you want to eat something easy. The soup will be even sweeter when the vegetables and meat are marinated for a while.
We bring Taiwanese style into every corner, whether it's stir-fried offal in Stone Hot pot. Personally, before adding the soup, we recommend adding rice to make congee when the soup is thick, which will make it even more delicious.
