Tad Yai Waterfall is a famous and beautiful waterfall in Amnat Charoen Province. Formed by the Huai Thom Stream before flowing down a sandstone plateau, it measures approximately 30 meters wide and nearly 2-3 meters high.
General Information
Features: This waterfall is formed by the Huai Thom Stream (or Huai Thom) flowing over large rocks, creating a wide and beautiful single-tiered waterfall with water flowing year-round.
Best time to visit: It is accessible year-round, but the most beautiful time is from January to May, when the water level is at a suitable level and swimming in the natural pools is possible.
Getting there: The waterfall is accessible by car via a paved road from the Amphoe Rural Highway (Bung Khiao - Na Ngam). There is also a temporary parking lot.
Activities: In addition to admiring the beauty of the waterfall, visitors can stroll along the sandy beaches on both sides of the waterfall and experience its natural beauty.
