Lord Chok Chuay Wat Ku Kham, @ChiangMai | Chiang Mai
Take a pilgrimage to Wat Ku Kham (Wat Ku Kham Temple | Chiang Mai ) Chiang Mai
Wat Ku Kham has a history of construction since 1920, but there are not many clear records, except for the pencil marks that record the year of the temple's establishment on the temple's land title deed and the history that has been passed down that originally, at this place there were the remains of an old pagoda, which were piles of broken bricks piled up like a pagoda or a half-destroyed pagoda that was not very large.
The name that was later known as inscribed in the Lanna Dharma scriptures was "Luang Khachat Thanthanikorn" who worked with the villagers to help restore the pagoda or pagoda to its full size. After that, he invited monks to stay at this temple and the villagers called it after the Chinese people who restored it, "Wat Ku Daeng".
In 1897, it received the royal charter of the boundary of the temple to establish it as a proper temple. The registration of the Department of Religious Affairs under the Mahanikaya Sect of Buddhism is called “Wat Ku Kam”
