Khao Laem Ya-Mu Ko Samet is a Thai marine national park in the Gulf of Thailand off the coastline of Rayong, approximately 180 km southeast of Bangkok.
In 1981, the Royal Forest Department declared the archipelago of Ko Samet, along with nine other small islands, the headland of Khao Laem Ya, and the 11 kilometre Mae Rampeung Beach to be a national park
it is possible to see Mae Ramphueng Beach and Ko Samet. The 680 rai area is headquarters of the Khao Laem Ya-Mu Ko Samet National Park. Admission fees for adults and Children are 400 and 100 baht, respectively. Khao Laem Ya provides accommodation of 3 houses at a rate of 1,500-3,900 baht/night. Rental tents with a maximum stay of 2-8 people are available at 150 and 600 baht/person/night. Pitching a private tent requires paying a fee of 30 baht/person/night. For more information

Traveling to Khao Laem Ya National Park
By private car: From Bangkok, use Sukhumvit Road. or Highway No. 3 towards Chanthaburi Province Until you see Taphong intersection Turn right and follow the sign to Mae Ramphueng Beach, then run along the beach road to the end of the beach. By bus:
☆ From Bangkok, start at Ekkamai Transport, get off at Ban Phe, then you can charter a minibus to take you to the park.
☆ From Rayong Transport Take the blue songthaew that says Rayong-Mae Ramphueng Beach. which will run along the road along Mae Ramphueng Beach Then passed in front of the park. Or the blue minibus written as Rayong-Ban Phe will not pass through the park. But you can rent it out.
