Koh Talu is known as a paradise in the Eastern Sea, with its crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and beautiful coral reefs, making it ideal for snorkeling.
Interesting Facts about Koh Talu
Highlights Chong Talu: A prominent landmark and the source of the island's name, it is a large hole in the cliff face at the head of the island. Access is by boat only.
White Sand Beach: A clean, white sand beach at the front of the island. The water is not deep, making it ideal for swimming.
Diving: Beautiful coral reefs and clear water, allowing you to see fish.
Getting There There are no passenger boats available. Tourists must charter a boat or purchase a day trip snorkeling package.
Boats can be chartered from Ban Phe Pier, Ao Makham Pom, or beaches in Klaeng District.
Tour packages include visits to several islands, such as Koh Talu, Koh Kudi, Koh Khang Khao, Koh Kham, and Koh Kruai.
Accommodation and Facilities: There are no accommodations on Koh Talu, so day trips are required.
On the island, only restrooms and a restaurant are available.
Best time to visit:
Travel is recommended from November to April, when the sea is calm, the water is clear, the weather is pleasant, and water activities are ideal.
