Hin Chang Si View Point
is located in the area under the care of Nam Phong National Park, Khon Kaen Province. It is a 2-level viewpoint on a high cliff. You can see the beautiful view of Ubonrat Dam. You can see as far as the eye can see.
It is also the most beautiful viewpoint for sunrise and sunset in Nam Phong District. Hin Chang Si is a large rock with a concave in the middle of the rock, which is the origin of the name Hin Chang Si.
