King Rama II Park, Samut Songkhram

Located along the Mae Klong River, Amphawa Subdistrict,
it is a project to honor His Majesty King Phuttha Lertla Phalai. of the King Rama II Memorial Foundation under the Royal Patronage In response to His Majesty's grace in bestowing beautiful arts and culture as a legacy to the nation. Until being praised as an important person in the world by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in the field of literature, in the area where the Royal Monument Park was built. Phra Ratcha Samut Methi The abbot of Wat Amphawan Chetiyaram graciously offered 34 rai of land. This area is important because it is the birthplace of His Majesty King Buddha Lertlaphalai (King Rama II).
Interesting things within the park include the King Buddha Lertla Napalai Museum. It is a group of 9 Thai houses, displaying the history of King Rama II, multimedia about royal duties. and genius images in literature, fine arts, dance, painting, and architecture, etc. Museum of Thai Ways of the Early Rattanakosin Period There are 5 Thai-style buildings, divided into 6 zones as follows: the central hall, displaying wax figures simulating past ways of life, such as displaying the Buddha room, bedrooms, compress massage, and various antique art; the men's house, decorated to show the characteristics of life of Thai men Presenting images of bravery in volunteering to protect the land of Thailand, including swords, shields, and the education of Thai boys in those days. Ruean Ying showcases the lifestyle of ancient Thai women. Study housekeeping and various craftsmanship subjects such as garland making, Bai Sri making, traditional lullaby for children. The terrace is decorated in the style of an ancient Thai house. Decorate further with bentwood and ornamental plants.
