Phuket Bird Park is home to over 1,000 birds representing 80–100 different species, including both native Thai birds and exotic species from Asia, Africa, South America, and Australia.
Examples of bird species on display:
• Parrots / Macaws: Such as the Eclectus parrot and various macaws (which often feature in the park’s bird shows).
• Hornbills: Including the White-crowned hornbill and the Helmeted hornbill (an ancient species of hornbill).
• Birds of prey and others: Such as eagles, owls, and the albino Greater coucal. and the red-billed blue magpie.
• Other animals in the park: ostriches, otters, crocodiles, rabbits, goats, and Sulcata tortoises.
General Information and Opening Hours
• Opening Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Bird Show: Held three times daily—at 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM.
(Please allow 15–30 minutes to walk to the show arena before the start time.)
Admission Prices (at the Bird Park entrance)
• Thai Nationals:
• Adults: 100 THB
• Children (within specified height/age range, approximately 4–12 years old): 50 THB
• Toddlers (under 3 years old): Free admission
• Foreigners:
• Adults: 500 THB
• Children: 300 THB
