This is an ancient temple established in 1785 (B.E. 2328) and granted official royal designation (*Wisungkhamasima*) on August 23, 1956 (B.E. 2499). It is currently situated along Intharakhiri Road within the Mae Sot Municipality, with its rear bordering the Mae Sot Creek. The temple grounds house various sacred objects and structures, such as the Samphutthe Chedi Viharn, Phra Sakyamuni Si Mueang Chod, Phra Chao Saen Luang, and the adorned Luang Pho Than Jai (the "Instant-Wish-Fulfilling Buddha").
Wat Mani Phraison is one of Tak Province's historic temples, founded in 1785. A standout feature is the Samphutthe Chedi Viharn, which showcases Burmese-style artistry; a large central pagoda sits at the pinnacle, surrounded by 233 smaller pagodas—containing a total of 512,028 Buddha images—arranged in descending tiers. Visitors can also pay homage to other significant sacred objects and ancient monuments, including Phra Sakyamuni Si Mueang Chod, Phra Chao Saen Luang, and the adorned Luang Pho Than Jai.
