Nong Han (or Nong Han Luang) is the largest freshwater lake in the Northeast of Thailand and the second largest in the country, after Bueng Boraphet.
Nong Han Lake is the largest freshwater lake in the Northeast of Thailand and the second largest in the country. There are over 20 islands within Nong Han, the largest of which is Don Sawan Island.

Depth: Average approximately 2.0 - 10.0 meters
Water sources: More than 14 streams flow into the area, such as the Phung River, and the Kam River is the main drainage channel flowing into the Mekong River in Nakhon Phanom Province.
