The heart of the restaurant is supporting local producers and showcasing the best of the province in every dish, whether it's the Chinese sausage from Grandma Thong's shop, the pork sausage from Nong Nid's shop, or the beef dishes using only Phonyang Kham beef, because we believe that good ingredients are the foundation of delicious food.
