The Thai-Vietnamese Memorial Clock Tower | Nakhon Phanom
This clock tower was built by the Vietnamese in 1960 as a memorial to the people of Nakhon Phanom who provided them with shelter during the Indochina War when they were forced to return to their homeland in Vietnam. It's a simple design, approximately 50 meters high. Getting there: Located on Sunthorn Vichit Road. Coming from Nitayo Road (Highway 22), at the end of the road, at the three-way intersection with the Naga landmark, turn left and go about 650 meters.
