It features a transparent glass floor that allows you to see through to the ground below. The walkway is 70 meters long and stands 25 meters above the ground on a high cliff overlooking the Mekong River. The panoramic view is perfect for taking stunning photos of Chiang Saen, the Mekong River, and the distant borders of Laos and Myanmar. It's a breathtaking sight.
The Pha Ngao Three Lands Skywalk has a steel structure supported by a concrete base and piles.
It is an octagonal glass bridge with a diameter of 12 meters, 25 meters high from the ground, with connecting walkways 3.85 meters wide and 9.9 meters long.
There are interconnected entrances and exits on the road surrounding the Phra Borommathat temple. The skywalk consists of a glass and metal surface, each 35 meters long, totaling 70 meters in length and 3 meters wide, creating a total area of ​​460 square meters. The glass bridge is constructed using triple-layered laminated safety glass, with a total thickness of 48 mm. Wat Phra That Pha Ngao is located on a small hillside stretching along the western bank of the Mekong River, opposite Laos. The temple is situated on Highway 1290, on the Chiang Saen-Chiang Khong road, approximately 1.5 kilometers from Chiang Saen town. It can be reached by private car or by shared taxi from Chiang Saen town. Upon arrival at Wat Phra That Pha Ngao, a shuttle service is available to take visitors up to the temple's skywalk. The fare from the Phra That Pha Ngao temple grounds to the top of Doi Kham is 30 baht per person, as cars and motorcycles cannot access the skywalk entrance.
