The Chedi Puttha Khaya (replica) is located in Sangkhlaburi District, Kanchanaburi Province, approximately 1 km from Wat Wang Wiwekaram.
The pagoda has a square base and contains a relic of the Buddha's right thumb, the size of a grain of rice. Near the pagoda, there are several shops selling Burmese goods such as fabrics, Burmese powder, and wooden crafts at reasonable prices.
Wat Wang Wiwekaram (a new temple) is located at the confluence of three rivers: the Songkhla River, the Bikhli River, and the Ranti River. The pagoda is a square conical structure with a pointed spire, entirely gold-colored. A pair of Mon-style lion statues stand in front of it. Inside the spire are enshrined relics of the Buddha, which Luang Por Uttama brought from Sri Lanka. It is a suitable place for families to visit, pay respects, and ask for blessings.
