Wat Don Sak is located in Ban Fai Luang, Laplae District. A highlight of Wat Don Sak is its viharn (ordination hall) built during the Ayutthaya period. Its beautifully carved doors feature crisscrossed patterns depicting swans, deities, and giants.
The viharn boasts a beautiful teakwood door, considered one of three pairs of doors in Uttaradit Province. These include the viharn doors of Wat Phra Fang, the viharn doors of Wat Phra Thaen Sila At, and the viharn doors of Wat Don Sak. This door is one of two pairs of important doors in the province that remain to this day.
