An ancient tourist attraction in Phrae that has been with the city for hundreds of years. It stands out with its Thai-European architecture, or what is known as "gingerbread style", which was popular during the reign of King Rama V. It was built in 1892 by Chao Luang Piriyathepwong, the last ruler of Phrae. It is a two-story light green building made of bricks and plastered with cement. The roof is a hip roof with eaves decorated with intricately carved wood.
