Khun Korn Waterfall is a famous tourist attraction of Chiang Rai Province and Khun Korn Waterfall Forest Park. It is located in the Mae Lao Left Bank National Forest Reserve and Mae Kok Right Bank National Forest Reserve in the area of ​​Mae Korn Sub-district and Chomphu Sub-district, Mueang District, Chiang Rai Province. Locals often call Khun Korn Waterfall “Tad Mok Waterfall”. Khun Korn Waterfall is approximately 70 meters high. The surrounding area of ​​Khun Korn Waterfall is a complex of mountains, 700-1500 meters above sea level. Khun Korn Waterfall is also the source of Mae Korn River, consisting of various streams, including Mae Korn Stream, Mae Mon Stream, Ya Dee Stream, and Lao Ai Stream, flowing together to form Mae Korn River and flowing into Lao River.It takes another 30 minutes to walk to the waterfall, a distance of 1,400 meters.
