Sri Krung Sound Film Studio is a Thai film production company during the reign of King Rama VII. It is the only business that creates "talking movies", which is recording sound on film while shooting simultaneously (sound on film) by Manit Vasuwat, the owner of the first international standard film studio in Thailand, which was nicknamed "Hollywood of Thailand". It is a beautiful architectural building designed by Professor E. Manfredi, an Italian architect. Later, it ceased operations due to the great flood in 1942 and the outbreak of World War II. After the World War, it was changed to "Sala Sri Krung" before it ceased operations and was demolished again. To commemorate this center of film, the Film Archive (Thai Film Museum) has rebuilt it.
