Another ancient temple in Thailand. An ancient temple from the early Rattanakosin period, located in the area between Wat Bang Phra and Wat Si Maha Pho. Inside the temple is Luang Pho Somwang, a Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya posture. Travel to pay homage to Luang Pho Somwang, or as the locals call him, Luang Pho Yai. People who come to pay homage to Luang Pho and have their wishes come true usually come to ask for blessings in love, for their families to have stability in their lives.
