Phra That Cave, formerly known as Dusit Mahima Cave, was discovered by Mr. Mak Boonthong. Located approximately 790 meters above sea level, the cave is large and deep, about 200 meters. Inside, it is divided into 7 chambers: Hibernating Frog, Simulated Sky, Bell Rock, Relic Rock, Main Pillar, Coral Rock, and Likay Curtain. It features beautiful stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes. Locals believe that a relic, resembling a white conch shell, resides within the cave. Phra That Cave is located within Erawan National Park, 12 kilometers from Erawan Waterfall and 77 kilometers from Kanchanaburi city. Inside, there are many beautiful and unique translucent stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is 200 meters long, and a visit takes approximately 30-60 minutes. Tourists must contact the forest rangers at the park headquarters, located at the foot of the mountain, to request a guide. And you should arrive at the cave before 3:00 PM.Phra That Cave is located approximately 790 meters above sea level.
