Chom Sawan Temple | Phrae
An ancient temple is a unique tourist attraction in Phrae. It is a prominent tourist attraction in the style of Shan architecture. It is located on Yantrakit Koson Road, Tung Kwao Subdistrict, 1 kilometer from the provincial hall. The temple was built during the reign of King Rama V by the Shan people. The roofs are large and small, layered and decorated with fretwork. The monastery is made of teak wood and is used as a church, a temple and a monk's residence. The interior is decorated intricately.
Phrae tourist attractions are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. every day.
