Wat Bang Chak is an old temple in Nonthaburi Province, located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. It was built in 1822. Wat Bang Chak was originally a Mon temple because during the time when the Mon people migrated to Thailand.
There is a sacred Buddha image, Somdej Phra Phutthamongkhonchai or Luang Pho To, which is worshipped by locals and tourists. We can see a large Buddha image located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.
